吸烟患者窦性心率震荡的检测及临床意义

Detection and clinical significance of heart rate turbulence in smokers

目的观察吸烟患者窦性心率震荡(heart rate turbulence,HRT)现象的特征并探讨其临床意义。方法45例吸烟患者及39例非吸烟患者均接受24h动态心电图检查,分别计算窦性心率震荡的震荡初始(TO)和震荡斜率(TS),比较两组之间的差别。结果吸烟患者中TO较非吸烟患者明显升高(P<0.05),TS明显降低(P<0.05)。结论吸烟患者窦性心率震荡现象明显减弱。

Objective To explore the change of heart rate turbulence （HRT） in smokers and its clinical significance. Methods The HRT was measured in 45 smokers and 39 non-smokers.Turbulence onset （TO）, turbulence slope（TS） were measured by the original definitions using digitized 24 Holter recordings. Results The value of the TO was significantly higher in smokers than without non-smokers（p〈0.05）. The value of the ＇IS was significantly lower in smokers than non-smokers （p〈0.05）. Conclusion HRT was significantly weaker in smokers.
