摘要
为开展工厂食堂实施卫生许可证制度的认同度调查,制订我市工厂食堂的卫生监督管理规定提供参考依据。随机抽取单位性质不同的60家食堂,调查时采用事先统一设计的调查问卷。发出调查问卷470份,有效回收率为92.77%;调查436人,认为有必要办证的有379人(86.93%),认为没必要办证的有57人(13.07%);认为证前审查对改善食堂卫生状况及卫生设施显著的有290人(66.51%),认为一般的有112人(25.69%),认为无影响的有6人(1.15%),认为不太清楚的有29人(6.65%);认为日常卫生监督管理对改善食堂卫生状况及卫生设施显著的有304人(69.72%),认为一般的有106人(24.31%),认为无影响的有14人(3.21%),认为不太清楚的有12人(2.76%)。说明实施卫生许可证制度是工厂食堂最佳卫生监督管理模式。
Objectives: To investigate the degree of the cognizance to the system of hygiene license for factory dining room and lay down the basis for establishment of hygiene inspection and management rules. Method: Random sampies were taken from sixty dining rooms with various characteristics. The questionnaires were designed before hand and were used during investigation. Results: 470 questionnaires were distributed with valid callback rate of 92.77 %. 379 out of 436 (86.93%) subjects agreed to the license rules, while 57 did not. 290 people think the inspection before issuing license significantly improved the hygiene situation of factory dining rooms, 112 people think the changes were insignificant, 6 people think the rules were ineffective, 29 people replied with no idea; 304 people think routine inspection can improve the hygiene situation significantly, 106 insignificant, 14 ineffective, and 12 no idea. The results suggested that the hygiene license system may be the best mode for hygiene inpection and management in factory dining room.
