我国旅行社行业一直存在着承包挂靠等扰乱旅游市场秩序的现象,成为旅游行业的顽症,其深层原因与我国的旅行社进入规制有关,而进入规制又影响着分工体系的形成,因此通过同日本旅行社的进入规制比较研究,探讨我国旅行社更为合理的进入制度,使我国旅行社的市场秩序更加规范有序。

There has been the phenomenen of contracting and hanging in the travel service. This disturbs the order of tourism marketing. The deep reason lies in the system of travel agency entering rules, but the system of travel agency entering rules affects the formation of dividing system again.
