The paper firstly discusses the origins and development of this festival, and then analyses the ideas of the Loi Krathong Festival＇s scheme, such as masterminding the theme by warmth, fostering festivals using traditional cultures, marketing in every way, dealing with problems in a proper way. In the end, this paper discusses the future of tourist festivals of cities in China.
