摘要
目的通过比较不同温度,干燥时间和摊层密度等与干燥工艺直接相关的因素,以三角帆蚌中多糖的含量为指标,得出规范的操作性较强的工艺参数。方法蒽酮-硫酸比色法。结果与结论最佳干燥工艺为摊层密度为2.5 kg/m2,温度为90℃,连续干燥2h后的三角帆蚌,测得三角帆蚌中总多糖含量为21%。
Objective To confirm the best dry technics, the colormetry of anthrone-sulfuric method was employed to determine the content of polysaccarides in fresh water mussel and three factors of temperature,dry time and tiled destiny were compared. Method Colorimetry of anthrone-sulfuric acid. Results and ConclusionThe best dry technics was: 2.5 kg/m^2 tiled destiny,temperature at 90℃ and drying within 2 hours. The content of total amylase in polysaccharides in fresh water mussel was 21%. The method appeared to be reliable and operable for quality control.
