锂锰复合物在3V二次锂电池中的应用研究

摘要 利用固相反应法由热处理过的电解二氧化锰与LiOH.H2O的混合物制备锂锰复合物(CDMO),采用热分析研究了温度对γ-β-MnO2与LiOH.H2O混合物发生固相反应的影响,采用X射线衍射对二氧化锰和CDMO的晶体结构进行了表征,并将CDMO制成正极组装电池对其进行了恒电流充放电性能测试。研究结果表明,用该方法制备的CD-MO有较好的充放电循环性能。 The electrolytic manganese dioxide was activated by heat treatment (HEMD), and the composite dimensional manganese oxide (CDMO) was prepared from HEMD and LiOH·H2O by heat treatment. TG-DTG was adogted to analyze the effect of the temperature for the solid phase reaction between γ-β-MnO2 and LiOH·H2O; The crystal structure of the samples were observed by X-ray diffraction; The electrochemical performance of the CDMO was examined by constant current charge-discharge test in coin-type cell. The experiment results showed the CDMO had good rechargeabitity.
