油尼龙铜钉板自润滑复合材料的复合工艺及其摩擦性能研究

摘要 介绍了油尼龙与铜钉板的复合加工工艺,详细叙述了复合过程中的关键步骤及其决定影响因素。实验可知,油尼龙的制备与复合烧结温度是实验成败的决定因素。同时介绍了钉板型复合材料的摩擦性能和塑料层厚度的确定原则:塑料层应该设计成薄层,在条件允许的条件下,结合面离开0.78b(b为接触宽度)处越远越好。 The compositing technology of oil-cast nylon and the key step and pacing influencing factor was introduced. Based on the experiment we can include that the preparation of oil-cast nylon and the sintered temperature of composite is the pacing factor. Meanwhile introduce its friction performance and the determining principle of plastic layer's thickness of nail-bed composite material: the plastic layer should be designed to a thin layer, under the enabled condition, binder surface's strength will be better when it is more far away from 0. 78b(b is the contact width).
