摘要
采用正交试验法对简易机场碾压混凝土基层配合比进行设计研究,发现用水量和水泥用量分别对改进VC值和3d抗折强度具有显著影响,并用回归分析方法得到用水量与改进VC值,水泥用量与3d抗折强度的经验回归公式,都具有较好的相关关系。在此基础上提出了用于简易机场基层的碾压混凝土配合比设计方法。
Flight strip roller compacted concrete base mix design is researched by orthogonal experiment. It is found that water content and cement content has prominent influence to modified VC value and three-day flexural strength respectively. The experience regress formulas of water content and modified VC value, cement content and three-day flexural strength are obtained with the regress analysis method, and have remarkable correlation relationships. Based on these, the roller compacted concrete mix design for flight strip base is put forward in this article.
