复方清热颗粒对肾移植术后肺炎患者T细胞亚群、Th_1/Th_2的影响

The Influence of Compound Qingre Granule on T Cell Subsets and Th_1/Th_2 of Patients Postoperative in Renal Transplatntation Combined with Pneumonia

目的观察肾移植术后肺炎患者早期发病的免疫功能状态及应用中西医结合治疗的效果。方法将32例肾移植术后肺炎患者随机分为两组,均予西药常规处理,治疗组加用中药复方清热颗粒治疗。结果治疗组CD4/CD8比值、Th1/Th2比值、CD4计数、Th1细胞计数百分比升高,CD8计数、Th2细胞计数百分比下降,较之对照组差异显著。结论中药复方清热颗粒制剂能促进免疫功能恢复,降低病死率。

Objective： To observe the immunity functions in early stage in patients postoperative in renal transplantation combined with pneumonia the curative efficacy of Combined Therapy of TCM and WM. Methods： T cell subsets and Th1 ,Th2 were measured by the flow cytometry in 32 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the controlled group. Those in both group received the Usual treatment of WM, and in the treatment group received Compound Qingre Granule（复方清热颗粒） . Results： CD4/CD8, Th1/Th2, the count of CD4 and Th1 were higher, and the Count of CD8, Th2 were lower than in the controlled group. Conclusions： Compound Qingre Granule can improve immunity functions of patients postoperative pneumonia after renal transplantation.
