摘要 目的探讨解毒祛斑汤抗系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)的作用和作用机理。方法采用大鼠Arthus反应模型,在整体条件下从细胞免疫的角度进行解毒祛斑汤抗SLE的实验研究。结果解毒祛斑汤对大鼠Arthus反应有明显的抑制作用,使Arthus反应大鼠循环免疫复合物含量及血清IL-2水平明显下降。结论解毒祛斑汤可通过降低Th类细胞因子IL-2水平,从而抑制B细胞的增殖和分化,使抗体产生减少,导致血清循环免疫复合物含量减少,产生显著抑制Ⅲ型变态反应的作用,这可能是其抗SLE的作用机理之一。 Objective:To study the effects of Jieduquban Decoction (解毒祛斑汤) on SLE, and the mechanism. Methods: Investigated on allergic Type Ⅲ reaction (immune complex type) with the response of Arthus in rats. Results: Jiduquban Decoction could inhibit the response of rats, decrease levels of serum CIC, serum IL - 2in rats. Conclusion: The results suggest that Jiduquban Decoction might have significant effects on allergic type Ⅲ reaction, which supports the use of Jiduquban Decoction as a good therapeutic effect durg on SLE. The immunopharmacologic mechanism of Jiduquban Decoction to treat SLE effectively might be that it could inhibited Th cells function and reduced the cytokinin formation (decreasing levels of serum IL - 2), which might play a role in blocking B cdll' s antibody production so as to decrease levels of serum CiC.
