利用高频沿面放电产生臭氧技术,制取高浓度臭氧,用于CX臭氧消毒箱。用单板机控制臭氧产生、消毒、残余臭氧吸附过程,实现自动控制。其杀菌率可达100%。

High concentration ozone used for CX ozone desinfection chest was prepared using high frequency discharge ozone generation techneque. A single chip computer took action on controlling general process of generation, desinfection and residual absorption of ozone. The antibacterial rate is up to 100%
