44例桡骨颈骨折经皮撬拨复位的分析

Analysis on Percutaneous Reduction by Leverage of 44 Radial Neck Fracture

目的探讨桡骨颈骨折的治疗方法。方法对44例桡骨颈骨折进行经皮钢针撬拨复位治疗。结果44例桡骨颈骨折中,复位良好34例、较好6例、不良4例。结论经皮钢针撬拨复位法是治疗桡骨颈骨折行之有效的方法,值得临床推广。

Objective To discuss the therapy of radial neck fracture. Methods 44 eases of radial neck fracture were underwent percutaneous reduction by leverage. Results There were 34 cases excellent, 6 cases good and 4 cases no good in all patients in their reduction. Conclusion This method might be effective to treat radial neck fracture and could be used in clinic.
