摘要 本文主要介绍几种常见的肿瘤标记物血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、细胞角蛋白19片断(CYFRA21-1)、铁蛋白(FERRITIN)的基本结构及临床检测意义,同时介绍肿瘤标记物检测在纵隔肿瘤研究中的进展。 It is the object matter of the study that to introduce the several common tumor markers,such as Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor （VEGF）, CEA, CYFRA21 - 1, FERRITIN, and the recent development in the detection of tumor markers usedin mediastinal neoplasm.
