依那普利治疗糖尿病早期肾病64例临床分析

Clinical Analysis on Diabetic Nephropathy in Early Stage Treated with Enalapril

目的探讨依那普利治疗2型糖尿病早期肾病的疗效。方法32例糖尿病肾病分为两组:A组16例,仅用抗糖尿病(糖尿病常规)治疗;B组16例,抗糖尿病(糖尿病常规)治疗外加口服依那普利5mg/d,总疗程3个月。结果B组其24hUAER显著下降(P<0.05)。结论依那普利可降低尿蛋白排泄量,其不良反应少,可作为预防和治疗糖尿病早期肾病的药物。

Objective To discuss the curative effect of diabetic nephropathy in early stage treated with enalapril. Methods 32 cases of such patient were divided into two groups. The group A was treated routinely. And group B was treated enalapril 5 rag per day on the base of routinely for 3 months as a course. Results The UAER of group B was decreased P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The enalapril might decrease the UAER with less side effect and could be the drug of prevention and treatment in early stage.
