痰热清注射液治疗病毒性黄疸型肝炎64例临床观察

Clinical Observation on Viral Jaundice Hepatitis Treated with Tanreqing Injection

目的观察痰热清注射液治疗病毒性黄疸型肝炎的临床疗效。方法将127例病毒性黄疸型肝炎的患者随机分成治疗组64例、对照组63例,两组均用甘草酸二铵、门冬氨酸钾镁常规护肝,治疗组加用痰热清注射液20mL加入0·9%氯化钠注射液250mL静滴,1次/d,连续应用4周,观察患者临床症状、体征、肝肾功能、电解质变化。结果治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为95·1%与74·6%;显效率分别为45·1%与30·2%,均为P<0·01。结论痰热清注射液治疗病毒性黄疸型肝炎有较好的疗效。

Objective To observe the curative effect on viral jaundice hepatitis （VJH） with tanreqing injection （TI）. Methods 127 cases of such patient were divided into therapy group （64 cases） and control group （63 cases） randomly. On the base of the control group, therapy group was treated with TI 20ml injection per day for 4 weeks as a course. The clinical manifestations, liver and kidney function were observed. Results The total effective rate were 95.1% in therapy group and 74.6% in control group. The good effective rate were 45.1% in therapy group and 30.2% in control group. Conclusion This drug might be effect for VJH.
