乌昌经济一体化一经提出,立即得到社会各界广泛关注,乌鲁木齐市和昌吉州在经济一体化进程中,两地党委联袂成立了乌昌党委联合办公室,实行财政、税收统一管理的一体化运作模式,本文试从转变政府职能的角度对乌昌经济开发作一阐述。

As soon as Urumqi - Changji Economic Integration was put forward, it was attended by all sides at once. During the course of construction, the two governments ran together to carry out the integrated operation model of centralization management of finance and tax revenue. From view of transformation of governmental function, this paper discussed Urumqi - Changji economic development.
