摘要
本文拟从确定财务管理的最优目标出发,分析财务管理最优目标(企业价值最大化)与资本结构的关系,从优化资本结构及防范规避财务风险等方面,探讨如何实现财务管理的最优目标。
The article aims at analyzing tile relationship between optimal objectives, which is the utmost value of enterprises, and the capital structure on the basis of setting - up. h further discusses how to realize the optimal objectives of financial management based on optimizing the capital structure and avoiding financial risks.
