Insisting on Scientific Development to Promote University Education Development in Xinjiang

本文从处理好规模、结构、质量、效益、管理五大关系推进高校协调发展和抓住学者、学科、学术、学风、学生五大要素实现高校可持续发展等两个方面,阐述了在新形势下如何以科学发展观为指导,推动自治区高等教育的新发展。

This article is mainly about how to improve university education development in Xinjiang in the new situation from two aspects, namely, well dealing the relation among size, structure, efficiency, academic, and students to enhance university coordinating development; and realizing sustainable development in scholars, majors, academics, and style of study.
