地方性师范院校在工科专业学生专业技能的培养上存在着工科意识不强、办学硬件不足、师资缺乏以及科研综合实力不强的问题,为此,应树立工科意识,确立工科专业在学校发展中的地位;应科学定位,为工科专业学生专业技能的培养提供有效的运作指南;应强化专业技能培养的手段和方法,应提高办学的硬件,确保工科学生的专业技能培养;应加快师资队伍建设,提高科研能力,为工科专业学生专业技能的培养提供有效和有力的指导。

In view of not having a strong engineering course consciousness ,lacking of hardware and teachers and not having a strong scientific research comprehensive strength to train the local normal colleges＇engineering students＇ professional skills, we should raise engineering course consciousness, establish the position of the engineering speciality in the school development , make a scientific localization and offer the effective operation guide for the training of engineering students＇ professional skills. At the same time, we should strengthen the means and method that the professional skill trains, improve the hardware of running a school , confirm the training of engineering students＇ professional skills. And we should accelerate the construction of teachers＇ team, improve the ability of scientific research , offer effective and strong guidance for the training of engineering students＇ professional skills.
