摘要
本文介绍了基于脉冲电磁场的骨折愈合剌激仪的原理与临床应用研究。采用15Hz准脉冲群,5ms脉冲群延时的剌激波形产生0-8×10^-4T连续可调的磁场强度。临床应用26例表明,该方法可有效地治疗骨折后骨不连及延迟愈合等疾病。
This paper introduces the principle and clinical experiment of fracture healing stimulator based on pulsed electromagnetic fields (PEMFs). By using 5ms time delay and 15Hz quasi -pulse d group stimulating waveform, the stimulator can produce 0 to 8 Gauss c ontinuously adjus-tive magnetic intensity. The theraputic results of 26 patients with bone fracture showed that this method can effectively treat non-union and delay healing after fracture.
