This dissertation is meant to give a thorough investigation and analysis of the students＇ values on internet surfing, their preferred behavior while surfing and the influence on them, etc. Moreover, the ethics of cultivated internet surfing is questioned and countermeasures are proceeded as to the efficient management on students.
