高校学报作为先进文化建设的重要阵地,在推动科学技术文化的发展,促进全民族综合素质的提高方面,要牢固地树立创建精品学报的意识。文章就精品学报创建过程应把握好正确的办刊方向、坚持民族特色、坚持创新机制、组建编审队伍、注重发行等方面作了论述。以促进与推动高校学报的深化改革,真正在世界期刊之林中树立高校学报之精品。

As one of the most important fields for Advanced Culture Construction, university journals should establish and implement the fine works awareness to improve the national comprehensive quality as well as to promote the development of science, technology and culture. This paper puts forward some suggestions on how to stick to innovation mechanics with national features by seizing the right direction, how to build up an editor team and how to emphasize publication,so as to accelerate and promote the reform of university journals and have real fine works and quality university journals among the vast sea of world journals.
