摘要
分析了小波变换(Wavelet Transform)方法在光栅中光信息处理的情况.结果表明:采用小波变换处理光栅滤波问题,比采用傅立叶变换更直接反映系统的光学特性,且可以很方便地处理空域、频域和空频域滤波情况.
Discusses the concept and principle of wavelet theory, and analyses light information process by using of wavelet analysis method in grating. The results show that Wavelet Analysis Method could be used in the problem of Light Information Process. It is convenient to deal with the filtering conditions of spatial domain, frequency domain and spatial frequency domain in optics system.
