锰对接触工人心电图和血压的影响 被引量:11

摘要 为评价锰对接触人工心血管功能的影响,本文对656名锰作业人工和154名对照人工的心电图和血压进行了调查。结果显示,作业场志空气中MnO2浓度几何均值为0.13mg/m^3(0.10-0.97mg/m^3),样品超标率38.7%。接触组低舒张压检出率(7.6%)明显高于对照组(1.3%,P〈0.05),OR值为6.3(95%CI1.5-26.1);其舒张均值明显低于对照组(P〈0.05)。 To evaluate the effects of manganese exposure on workers' cardiovascular functions, the ECG and blood pressure were examined in 656 exposed workers and 154 control subjects. The result showed that the geometric mean of MnO_2 concentration in the air of the workplace was 0.13mg/m ̄3and ranged from 0.10 to 0.97mg/m ̄3 with the exceeding rates, the percentage for exposures above the current MAC, of 38.7% from a total number of 181 samples. The incidence of the low diastolic blood pressure ( LDBP< 8kPa) of the Mn exposed group was 7.6%, significantly higher than that of the control group ( 1. 3%, P< 0.005; OR=6.3,95% CI 1.5-26.1).The mean of the diastolic blood pressure( DBP) of the Mn exposed group was significantly lower than that of the control group ( P< 0.005) . There were significant differences among Mn subgroups classified according to the exposure standing and age in the incidence of LDBP, which tended to decrease with the increase of the exposure standing and age. The incidence of LDBP of the Mn group under 30 years old was significantly higher than that of the control group( P< 0.005, OR= 10.8, 95% CI1.5-80.1),and that of the female exposed workers higher than that of the male exposed workers (P< 0.01, OR= 2.3, 95% CI 1.2-4.4). The present findings indicate that manganese is capable of decreasing DBP, especially the young and female workers to be more sensitive.
