摘要
当今企业处在一个多元化的时代,在激烈的市场竞争中举步维艰。经过许多管理探索实践之后,企业将希望寄于企业文化,然而在企业文化管理中却再次陷入误区。深入分析了目前中国企业文化建设的误区,提出了打造企业文化执行力的方案,勾划出企业文化建设从理念到行为转变的路线与方针:确立企业的文化理念,打造强有力的企业制度文化,加强行为文化建设,打造具有鲜明特色的企业物质文化。
Nowadays corporates struggle to develop in the fierce market competition in an era of diversification. After many times of exploration and practice in management, they place their hope on corporate culture. But unfortunately they fall into another misconception in the management of corporate culture. This article analyzes in detail the misconception of the construction of corporate' s cultures in China, presents a solution to the executive force of corporate cultures and works out the route and guideline for corporate culture activities transforming from ideology to behaviors: to establish the conception of corporate culture to build powerful culture of corporate systems, and to strengthen cultural construction to build corporate material culture with distinctive characteristics.
