二元经济结构中剩余劳动力转移问题探析

Analysis on the Transfer of the Surplus Labor Force in Dual Economic Structure

剩余劳动力的成功转移,曾是发达国家经济从二元结构向一元结构成功转变的关键所在。现阶段我国二元经济结构问题比较严重,过剩的农业劳动力,已经成为我国进行全面建设和谐社会的“瓶颈”。结合实际,从剩余劳动力转移中存在的困难、原因等方面着手展开论述,提出使过剩的农业劳动力顺利转移的对策。

The smooth transfer of the surplus labor force was once the key to the successful transfer of developed countries from the dualistic-structure to a unified one. Now there are serious problems in China＇s dual economic structure, where the smplus rural labor force has become the restriction to the further building of a harmonious society. Drawing on difficulties and reasons existing in the smooth transfer of the surplus labor force, this paper tries to fred the solution to this problem.
