随着社会的进步和高校教育的改革、发展,大学生思想政治工作的内外环境都已发生了迅速而急剧的变化。作为高校学生思想政治工作者,必须充分意识到,创新是思想政治工作生命力的源泉,也是适应新时期社会发展的必然选择;唯有创新,才能牢牢地掌握住高校学生思想政治工作的主动权。从高校学生思想政治工作的模式、手段与内容方面,提出了新时期高校学生思想政治工作进行创新的具体举措。

With social development and the reform and development of higher education, the internal and external environments for college students＇ ideological and political education have rapidly and considerably, Workers of college students＇ ideological and political education must fully realize that creativity is the source of the vitality for ideological and political education and the inevitable choice to adapt to new-era social development, and only through creativity can they grasp the initiative in college students＇ ideological and political education.
