The Teaching Practice and Study on the "New Concept College English Network Teaching System"

“新理念大学英语网络教学系统”在教学中展现出突出的优点,但也存在着诸多的问题。如语言输入不足,对学生指导不力,师生互动性不强,受硬件条件约束大等。针对这些问题,作者提出了符合学院自身特点与要求的拓展方案,并在此基础上付诸实践,形成了具有自身特点的英语网络教学模式;并对英语网络教学的开展提出了自己的建议。

＂New Concept College English Network Teaching System＂ displays prominent advantages in teaching. However, there are many problems such as inadequate language input, not enough effective guidance, less active interaction between teachers and students, and considerable constraints from hardware. In view of these problems, this paper puts forward developing schemes that are suitable for the characteristics and requirements of the Institute, puts the schemes into practice to form network English teaching patterns with its own characteristics, and puts forward suggestions to the operation of network English teaching.
