摘要
民办高校的教师尤其是青年教师的流动现象极为严重,成为困扰和制约民办高校生存和进一步发展的关键问题。不科学的激励机制和不健全的管理制度,在很大程度上挫伤了青年教师的工作积极性。根据激励原则和青年教师的特殊性,民办高校可以采取多层面、多角度的激励措施,实现对青年教师的有效激励。
Flow of teachers, especially young teachers, is a severe problem and a critical factor in limiting the survival and further development in private higher institutions. The unscientific inspiration mechanism and unsound management system discourage the young teachers to a great extent. Considering inspiration principle and the characteristics of young teachers, private higher institutions can adopt multi-layer and multi-angle inspiriting measures to stimulate young teachers to do their best.
