摘要
双语教学是一种全新的教学理念和探索。从加强领导,教学探索,师资建设,教材建设等4个方面对高等学校实施双语教学提出了对策与建议。
Bilingual teaching and learning is a new teaching idea and an exploration. This paper brings forward some countermeasures and suggestions for conducting bilingual education at colleges and universities in view of four aspects： strengthening guidance, teaching exploration, faculty comtruction and the construction of teaching materials.
