空军北疆部队子女健康状况分析

The health status of air force-servicemen's children in the northern remote border armies

目的 了解空军北疆边远基层部队随军子女健康状况，为部队计划生育工作提供第一资料。方法 对451名空军北疆边远部队随队0～12岁儿童营养状况、口腔健康情况进行测查，对患病情况进行调查。结果 418例营养良好，占92．7％；18例轻度营养不良，占4．0％；15例体重超重或轻度肥胖，占3．3％。所患疾病以感染性疾病为主，尤其是上呼吸道感染；3岁以上儿童龋齿患病率为34．3％。结论 总体健康状况良好，少数儿童存在超重、肥胖、营养不良，呼吸道感染为最常见疾病，龋齿患病率较高。

Objective To study the health condition of air force-servicemen＇s children in the remote border armies,to offer references for family planning. Methods to inquiry 451 0-12 year-old servicemen＇s children＇ s nutrition, oral health condition and diseases. Results 418 children＇s nutritional conditions were good, the proportion was 92.7 %; 18 cases were light-malnutrition the proportion was 4%;15 were overweight or light-obese, the proportion was 3.3 %. Infectional diseases often occurred to these children, especially upper respiratory tract infection. Caries prevalence was 34. 3% during over-3-year-old children. Conclusion Children＇s health conditions were good, overweight,obese and malnutrition existed in few children. Respiratory tract infections were common, caries prevalence was high.
