慢性汞中毒的神经系统损害特点

目的探讨慢性汞中毒所致神经系统损害的特点。方法回顾性分析10例以神经系统损害为主要临床表现的慢性汞中毒的临床资料。结果中毒方式分别为:7例应用中药偏方,1例外用焗油膏,1例淘金,1例职业性接触。7例患者出现中枢神经系统损害症状,以兴奋、易激惹、记忆力下降、反应迟钝、精神障碍为突出表现;8例患者出现周围神经病表现,肢体肌肉疼痛症状突出。结论慢性汞中毒可以引起严重的中枢神经及周围神经系统损害,及早诊治是减少神经系统损害的关键。

Objective To investigate the clinical features of neurological injuries after chronic mercury intoxication. Methods Retrospective studies the clinical data in 10 cases that were diagnosed of chronic mercury intoxication. Results 7 cases contacted with mercury by taking a folk prescription of traditional Chinese medicine for curing psoriasis or epilepsy, 1 case applying hair conditioner, 1 case gold panning, 1 vocational contact. The central nerve system impaired was found in 7 patients and their notable symptoms were excitation, irritation, memory impairment and mental disorders. Symptom of peripheral nerve disease was complained by 8 cases. nerve injuries.
