通过对体育与心理健康关系及影响学生心理健康不良因素的分析,认为优化课堂心理环境,促进心理健康教育要做到:第一,体育教师要有正确的教学思想作为指导;第二,加强教师的心理健康教育;第三,建立良好的人际关系;第四,设计科学合理有效的场地与器材。

Through the analysis to factors which affect the students psychologically healthy and relations about PE and the psychologically healthy, the article thinks that in order to optimize classroom psychology environment and promotion psychologically healthy education must achieve： First, there must have the correct teaching thought to take the instruction; Second, strengthens teacher＇s psychologically healthy education; Third, establishes the good interpersonal relationship; Fourth, design science reasonable and effective location and equipment.
