摘要
通过分析运动技能形成的本质,认为在教学阶段应该应用一定的活动内容诱导学生兴奋性。方法主要有:①利用多通道感觉信息与本体感觉建立联系;②充分发挥反馈信息的作用;③培养学生建立正确的延缓抑制的能力;④教学过程中还必须注意消除学生的防御心理。
Through analyzes the essence about the movement skill, the article thinks that teachers should apply the certain active content to induce the students' excitability in the teaching stage The methods mainly have: (1) establish relation between the multichannel felt with the main body feel; (2) Full display the function of feedback information (3) Trains the student to establish the ability of the correct delayed inhibition; (4) pay attention to eliminate student's defense psychology.
