高校德育的多维价值取向

摘要 高校德育本质上是个体人格和品德的建构手段,是大学生内在需要和社会道德原则的对话过程。传统的高校德育的价值取向和德育过程混在一起,把受教育者当作各种道德规范的受体,很少去正视其心理世界,以至在德育工作中,教育者与受教育者之间难以理解和沟通。在我国战略转型期,面对当今大学生这个特殊的群体,高校德育的价值取向应该与时俱进,贯彻“以人为本”的教育理念,引导他们积极向上,使他们成为建设我国和谐社会的和谐个体。 College moral education is a course of moral manhood forming and the course of a dialogue between the students' internal desire and the social moral principle. The traditional value of orientations of college moral education mixed with the courses for students were considered as the only observers of moral norms and their psychological world seemed to be ignored. Therefore, educators could not understand them and vice versa. Facing the great special colony of students in colleges, educators should amend the value orientations and stick to the educational idea of "Human-Oriented". They should lead their students to work hard to become a harmonious individual in the construction of harmonious society.
