摘要
研究了以酸性铬蓝K为显色剂,同时测定海带中钙镁的方法.在pH=l10-10.5的缓冲溶液中,络合物的最大吸收波长为:钙离子496nm,镁离子506nm.钙离子含量在0~6000×10^-5mol·L^-1,镁离子含量在0~5.60×10^-5mol·L^-1范围内符合朗伯-比耳定律.经用本方法测定海带样品证明:每克干海带含钙量9.59mg、含镁量1.41mg.研究结果为进一步开发海带产品的医用价值提供了参考依据.
The article has studied a method for measuring the contents of calcium and magnesium in kelp samples with acid chrome blue K as the chromogenic agent. This method is simple and accurate. In the buffer solution with the pH ranging from 10 to 10.5, the maximum absorbing wavelength of the complex is 496 nm for the calcium ion and 506 nm for the magnesium ion. Under the optimal conditions, Lambert- Beer's law was obeyed in the range of 0 to 6.00×10^-5 mol·L^-1 for calcium ion and 0 to 5.60 ×10^-5 mol·L^-1 for magnesium ion respectively, The study shows that kelp is rich in calcium and magnesium: 9.59 mg and 1.41 mg respectively in one gram of dried kelp. Thus the study provides some statistics for the development of kelp products.
