通过文献资料法在对我国电子竞技运动(以下简称电竞)职业化发展进行回顾,同时分析了我国电竞职业化发展现状和制约因素,认为:我国电竞职业化要想健康科学的发展,必须早日出台相关的国家标准,改变传统观念,完善管理体制和市场,提高从业者的专业素质,建立科学的线下训练平台,使比赛更加正规化.

This paper reviewed the professionalization progress of the E- Sports in our country and analyzed the present condition and the confinement factor of the professionalization progress of the E - Sports . On the basis of the analysis and review, it concludes that E- Sports should develop in a healthy and scientific direction. So a national standard must be established, which wiU change the traditional concepts, perfect management system and market, raise the professional character of professionals, set up offfline scientific space, and make the games mere regular.
