摘要
本文根据溶液化学原理,通过浮选实验、ξ-电位测定及俄歇电子能谱分析,研究了白钨矿、萤石的溶解组分与其表面的相互作用,确定了萤石/白钨矿表面转化的临界pH值及其对矿物表面电性与浮选行为的影响规律。研究了两性捕收剂的解离平衡与其捕收性能的关系。确定了无机抑制剂抑制萤石的最佳pH条件。
The interactions between the dissolved species of scheelite and fluorite and their surface have been investigated through flotation tests, measurements of ξ-potential and AES analysis based on principle of solution chemistry. The critical pH value of surface conversion of scheelite and fluorite and its effect on flotation behavior and surface electrical properties have been determined. The relationship between dissociation equilibrium of amphoteric collector and its collecting property as well as the optimal depressing condition of fluorite by inorganic depressant have also been determined.
