高次生铜难选铜锌矿石分选新工艺研究与实践 被引量:4

摘要 本文详述了高次生铜锌矿石的特性,并据此制定了铜离子超前沉淀、BK组合抑制剂、低碱、无氰分离新工艺。新工艺投人生产已3年,铜、锌精矿品位和回收率分别提高2.313%、6.96%和2.99%、22.98%。并已获得显著的经济效益。 In this paper, the property of strongly secondary Cu-Zn ore is described in detail.According to the ore property, a new technology of cyanide-free separation process with composite BK depressant in lower alkaline pulp,and with Cu ion precipitation in advance is developed. The new process has been put into operation for three years. The grades of Cu and Zn concentrates are considerably increased respectively by 2.313% and 6.96%,the recoveries of Cu and Zn concentrates are respectively increased by 2.99% and 22.98%. The obvious economic benefits have been obtained.
