摘要
基于河东金矿磨矿过程工艺特点和要求,研制了JS-872型磨矿过程计算机分散控制系统。采用先进的KMM可编程序调节器,使本系统有别于传统的单变量定值控制,并根据磨矿过程的主要变量及其相互间的影响。提出了磨矿过程多变量综合控制策略。该系统经过6年多的工业生产运行,证明系统具有切实可行及灵活多变的控制方式,并取得了很好的技术经济效益。
Based on the technological characteristics and requirements of grinding process at Hedong Gold Mine,a JS-872 separate computer control system of grinding process has been developed. As an advanced KMM programmable regulator is used,this control system is different from the conventional single variable setting control. On the basis of main variables and their mutual effects in the grinding process, a strategy of multi-variable comprehensive control of grinding process has been put forward. Through industrial running for six years, it has showed that this control mode is flexible and feasible. Good economic and technical benefits have been obtained.
