摘要
阐述了塑料斜齿轮与钢制蜗杆的啮合特性,建立基于SolidWorks的渐开线齿廓模型,以实现高副配合。运用有限元方法,模拟齿轮在100℃环境温度下的应力应变状态与塑料斜齿轮齿廓变形过程,从而得出了塑料斜齿轮啮合的变化规律。通过赫兹压力理论验证基于COSMOS/Works进行有限元分析的正确性。
The engagement characteristics between plastic helical gear and steel worm were expounded, and the model of involute tooth profile was established in order to realize highpair matching. Using the finite element method to simulate the stress and strain status and the deformation process of tooth profile of plastic helical gear under the environmental temperature of 100 ℃ and thus obtained the variation law of the engagement of plastic helical gear. By means of Hertz pressure theory the correctness was verified on carrying out finite element analysis based on COSMOS/Works.
