摘要
本文根据急诊患者的诊治流程提出了一套急诊辅助检查三级管理的实施方案,具有与诊治过程中患病率的变化相适应、与医护人员的职责相对应和节约急诊诊疗成本的特点,还探讨了急诊辅助检查项目的选择原则。此方案对提高急诊管理水平有一定的指导意义。
This article provides three - level management model of emergency assistant examination according to the diagnosis and treatment program for critical patients. This scheme characterized with the adjustment to the changes of morbidity in the treatment, the responsibility of medical staffs and the decrease of emergency medical service spending. The selection of assistant examination items was also discussed. This scheme may be useful to the emergency medical service management.
