摘要
药物残留直接危害人体健康,近年来畜产品中药物残留问题倍受关注。氟喹诺酮类药物残留检测的方法较多,同时也获得了大量的试验数据。常用的方法有微生物法、免疫分析测定法、免疫亲和色谱-液相色谱法、高效液相色谱法、高效毛细管电泳法、液相色谱-质谱-质谱法、薄层色谱法、荧光分光光度法等。文章对这些检测方法从定性(筛选)和定量两个方面进行综述。
The residue of drugs endanger personal health. The antibiotic residues in livestock products are more and more severe and attract more and more attention. There are many methods used to detec the residues of FQNs drugs and a large number of test data. The methods used to detect residues of FQNs drugs include microorganism,immune analyse, HPIAC-HPLC, high performance liquid chromatograpy（HPLC）, high performance capillary electrophoresis （HPCE）, LC-MS-MS, thin-layer chromatography（TLC）, fluo- rospectrophotometry, et al. This articl reviewed those detection methods on the qualitative method （screening） and quantitative method.
