我国城市生活垃圾分类收集现状及对策

Present Situation and Countermeasure of Municipal Domestic Waste Sorting Collection in China

在分析我国生活垃圾分类收集现状和存在问题的基础上,提出了一些适应性对策:(1)加强领导,改变领导干部任用考核制度;(2)加大宣传力度,提高公众的环保意识;(3)组织好城市拾荒者,实行企业化运作;(4)先试点后推广,逐步推进。

Based on analysis of present situation and existing problem of municipal domestic waste sorting collection in China, some compatible countermeasures were proposed： （1） enhancement leadership and changing the system of examining and assessment of the leading cadre; （2） increasing propaganda and enhancing public consciousness of environmental protection; （3） organizing the city junkmen and implement the commercialized operation; （4） carrying experiment and then promotion.
