掺锶锰酸镧—二氧化锆氧气传感器的制备及其性能测试 被引量:1

摘要 利用喷雾热解所制务的La_(0.8)Sr_(0.2)MnO_5超微粉末制作电极材料,用8YSZ超微粉制作固体电解质,制成了氧传感器。以N_2—O_2混合气体为待测气体、以空气为参比气体在不同的温度及氧分压下测量了该氧传感器浓差电势的大小。实验结果表明该氧传感器的输出电势与温度和氧分压的关系符合Nernst方程并对氧分压的微量变化反应灵敏。回归得到的该氧传感器的实际刻度方程为: Em(mV)=0.0246T+0.0490TlgP+11.83 该氧传感器能在氧化性、中性及弱还原性气氛的场合下获得实际应用。 Oxygen sensor was prepared using the spraying thermal dissociated ultramicro powder of La0.8Sr0. 2MnO3 as electrode material and the ultramicro powder of 8YSZ as solid elec-tolyte. The nitrogen oxygen mixture was used as tested gas and the air was used as the reference gas. The concentration potential of designed oxygen sensor was detected under different temperature and partial pressure of oxygen. Tested results showed that the relationship between the output potential and temperature and oxygen partial pressure can be predicted by the Nernst equation. The potential response to oxygen Partial pressure is described as following e-quation. Em(mV)=0. 0246T + 0. 04901gTP+11. 83 This designed oxygen sensor can be used for the detection of oxygen in the circumstance of oxidizing, reducing and neutral systems with good results.
