摘要
以尼古丁—硅钨酸作活性物质,邻苯二甲酸二(2—乙基已)酯作增塑剂,构成PVC膜尼古丁选择电极。在pH5—7范围内,电极对8.0×10^(-5)~1.0×10^(-1)mol/L的尼古丁水溶液有良好的线性响应,斜率为54mV/pC,检测下限为3.0×10^(-5)mol/L。电极制作简单,操作方便,不需对尼古丁进行预分离处理便可直接测定烟草和烟气中的尼古丁含量,测定样品的平均回收率为99.8%,与常用的紫外分光光度法对比,分析结果满意。
The Preparation of PVC membrane nicotine-selective electrode is reported. The nicotine-silicotungstate ion-pair complex is used as the active meterial of developed nicotine-selective electrode. At pH 5 - 7. the electrode provides a rapid and near Nernstian response to nicotinium cation in the concentration range of 8. 0×10-5-1. 0×10-1mol/L , with a slope of 54mV/decade. The electrode is used for the determination of nicotine in the tobacco and smoke from different cigarettes. Good agreement with UV spectroscopic method is observed.
