胸腰椎骨折AF系统复位内固定的临床分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的 分析AF系统(脊柱复位固定系统)治疗胸腰椎骨折,探讨内固定与撑开复位疗效。方法 用AF系统复位固定手术治疗后常规X摄片并随访病人肌力恢复情况。结果 85例术后X摄片前后比较椎体恢复2/3以上高度75例,肌力恢复1~3级,疗效满意;10例椎体高度恢复欠佳,不满意,5例为陈旧性损伤,无变化。结论 椎板减压、可靠内固定、恢复椎体高度是AF系统治疗胸腰椎骨折关键,椎弓根角度螺钉对撑开复位恢复椎体高度尤为重要。 Objective To analyse AF system treatment thoracic vertehral and lumber vertebral fracfure and discuss interal fixation and reduction method. Methods X - ray was used after operation of AF system. Results There were 75 cases whose vertebral body height recovered to 2/3 and muscular power recovered 1 - 3 class. The treatment result were satisfactory. 15 patients operation effect was not satisfacfoy. Conclusion Decompressing vertebral, rigid fixation, recovered height were the keys of the AF system treating vertebral fracture. Angle nail was esoecially important in vertebral body reduction.
