结核性腹膜炎的CT表现

CT Manifestations in Tuberculous Peritonitis

目的探讨结核性腹膜炎的CT检查方法及其表现。方法选择经临床证实的结核性腹膜炎病例15例,回顾性分析其CT表现。结果渗出型5例,粘连型9例,干酪型1例。主要表现有腹水、腹膜增厚、肠系膜及网膜增厚粘连、合并结核性淋巴结肿大等。结论CT扫描有助于疾病的早期诊断及治疗。

Objeetive To evaluate the diagnostic value of CT to tuberculous peritonitis. Methods 15 cases with tuberculous peritonitis and their CT findings were studied. Results The CT findings mainly include ascites, thickening of the peritoneum, mesentery or epiploon, lymph node swell, etc. Conclusions CT scan on tuberculous peritonitis is helpful to the clinic diagnosis and treatment.
