基于Halbach阵列的多盘式无铁心永磁同步电机设计研究

Design of Multi-disc Coreless Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Based on Halbach Array

介绍一种基于Halbach阵列的多盘式无铁心永磁同步电动机。电机采用单元电机组合式的结构型式。电枢无铁心、重量轻、噪声小、效率高。介绍了电机基本设计规则,并对其关键工艺进行研究,最后给出了样机的有关参数。

This paper introduces a multi-disc coreless permanent magnet synchronous motor based on Halbach array. Unit motor combined structure is adopted to simplify processing technology of the motor. No iron in armature lightens weight of the motor, decreases yawp and improves efficiency of the motor. Basic design rules are introduced. Key process is also studied. And at last design parameters of a sample motor is presented.
