摘要
介绍一种用XC164CM专用单片机驱动无传感器无刷直流电动机的新方法。它对传统的三段式起动方法进行了优化,较好地解决了电动机起动过程中的抖动和开环到闭环切换不平稳的问题;并采用了新的反电动势检测方法,避免了检测过程中的干扰,提高了检测精度,使切换时间更准确。实验证明,这种控制方法抗干扰能力强,硬件检测电路简单,实现容易。
This paper presents a sensorless control method of brushless DC motor based on microcon-troller XC164CM. The proposed method improves the traditional 3-step start approach, so it can reduce the oscillations of the rotor when approaching its starting position. A new back EMF detecting method has been introduced, which can improve the anti-interference ability and detecting accuracy. The robustness and easy realization of the control method are confirmed by experiments.
